Sorry I haven’t written but we are waiting anxiously for word on Nino. He has been receiving in patient care for over 5 days and was released last night only to be readmitted this morning. He is in surgery now. WaWa is in Florida dealing with his mother’s terminal illness and I am here in GA dealing with our cat’s terminal illness.
I just keep crying. We at the top end of our “budget” from critical care. If the surgery isn’t successful, we will have to make end-of-life decisions for Nino. He’s only 6 years old. He’s a good cat.
This situation came from nowhere and has left us and the cat hospital breathless with the speed the condition is moving…

Oh, I’m so sorry about you MIL and your poor kitty. I know how hard it is to have to make that final decision about a beloved pet. Lots of hugs for all.

I understand – stay strong – You’ve got way too much going on right now – you poor thing.
